The Postal Service will revise Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM(R)) to incorporate standards for the two new Mailing Services incentive programs filed in November 2010 with the Postal Regulatory Commission (PRC). This final rule also includes DMM revisions related to Move Update standards, also in the November 2010 PRC filing.
