Nicole and Gene have relationship issues. While Nicole loves exploring consciousness, Gene is a realist who loves hiking and beer. As the story opens, Gene delivers some hurtful news to Nicole who tailspins until she realizes that she can learn from the experience, making herself stronger in the process. Already a fan of the books by Dr. Joe Dispenza, she plans to attend his advanced workshop in Cancún to learn more about the relationship between quantum physics, the pineal gland and meditation. After Gene heads out for a three-month hike on the Appalachian trail, life surprises them both. Each of them has to take their consciousness to the next level in order to weather the storms in their relationship and find a path to their future-together or not. Love is a bond and has a way of overcoming obstacles, but is their love real? They will find out.
