The entire book is printed on high quality paper to make the copies of the documents as realistic as possible. As many of the documents, photos and maps are in color, and reproducing them in black and white would make them difficult to read, the resulting additional cost is considered the best possible solution. The Third Edition is using the new Kindle Create software for publishing. This new software gives readers a far better view of the documents on mobile devices. The software can only be used by an author if the book is published under a new ISBN number.
