Autonomous as Hsp with Dissociation

A day can last long. For a HSP (Highly Sensitive Person) and a HSS (High Sensation Seeker). And recovering from a burnout. And find out at only at the age of 50 years, that you are highly sensitive. To be put in front of the block, is the saying. You can read a lot of information about this topic. But in practice it is sensing and trying, how I want to deal with the innumerable stimuli that wander in my head in daily life. The bottom line is that I choose for myself and accept myself as I am. Realizing that I am not perfect. That makes it easier for me. Discovering that I feel good as a minimalist is a pleasant surprise. Becoming aware of what I have for possibilities, broadens my horizon. The daily psychic and physical symptoms are not pleasant, but make me more alert. Thanks to the appropriate therapy since 2015, I will be able to maintain myself better and better as I am. It sounds cliché, but it involves using mental strength. I have to ensure that I stay motivated, think positively, meditate, do psychic and physical exercises. Without going into too many details, I try out all sorts of psychic methods to work on my recovery in a natural way. That means: no alcohol, no smoking, no medication and no drugs in my life. Every bit of progress I see as profit. Who knows, if I will be happy and healthy one day.
