This book was birthed during a very difficult and challenging time in my life. In 2002, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and lymphedema. Treatment at that time involved removal of the small tumor and radiation treatment. Ten years later, the cancer returned. This time, it required a mastectomy and chemotherapy. The chemotherapy was very, very challenging for me. During the chemotherapy treatment, I went from a dress size 20 down to a size 10. While fighting for my life, I found myself talking to God every opportunity I got. In my walk with God during this difficult time, I learned that you always have someone to talk to and communicate with because God is always available to incline His ears to our prayers. I would like to encourage you to pray without ceasing and watch God work in your situation. It is my prayer that this book will be a blessing to you.
