Walking home during a full moon, Max is only worried about getting home late. He should be worried about the werewolf sneaking up behind him.

Barely escaping with his life, Max soon notices strange changes happening to him. He's stronger, faster, heals almost instantly, and can hear and smell the smallest things.

But Max is unprepared for the biggest change of all, the change that comes during the next full moon.

Max discovers a dark world he never knew existed. Fierce and terrible werewolves, mysterious and powerful banshees, and mobs of mindless zombies lurk in the dark. Max must fight the monsters that threaten his home.

But in the end, Max might be the most dangerous monster of all.
