We need to wake up and get real! We need to change the way we relate to the world and each other. Our patterns of fear, greed, and sense of separation are destroying our natural world and creating tremendous inequality in all aspects of our lives.

We all tend to think the problems are the circumstances we find ourselves in. In reality it is our perception and relationship to the outer circumstances that has to change in order to have a permanent transformation of our shared reality.

We are all capable of functioning from a much higher perspective that will bring greater peace, love and harmony to our world. However, the change can only come from an inner transformation that shifts how we see and relate to all aspects of life.

This handbook offers direct practices and wisdom teachings that lead toward the path of awakening to our own divine nature. It explains how our life experiences are mostly created by unconscious and unhealthy life patterns and how to change them. When we free ourselves from these patterns, we can become conscious co-creators of a more vibrant and fulfilling life.

There is no easy path to awakening. We are all evolving in our own perfect way within our own unique path. The spiritual journey requires us to move in parallel paths that are mutually supportive. One part of the journey is the intellectual understanding of our own true nature and the second part is becoming our higher truth. We expand our awareness and we function from that higher understanding. It takes nuanced knowledge to both heal and then evolve, toward becoming the best version of ourselves.

From both my personal experiences and in-depth study of ancient insights, I hope to offer teachings and transformational practices to empower you to align to your life's purpose. This is a how to manual for evolving from fear to love, from lack to abundance and from surviving life to thriving as a unique expression of divine light.

The purpose of this book is to guide readers to become conscious and active participants in our own evolution. I encourage you to become excited about engaging with life with all of its ups and downs while being aware that every situation is a lesson in support of our growth, our inner evolution, not our outer success. In this process, we allow life to refine and mold us into our highest potential. We cultivate an active surrender to each moment to fully experience the life we have been gifted.

When the integration happens, the "new truth" becomes a part of our subconscious mind. It becomes a part of our default mechanism for the way we perceive and relate to our world, helping us "evolve" in an integrated and holistic way.
