One Heart, Two Homes is a story about a sweet six-year-old girl named Kim who has two homes because her mommy and daddy are divorced. As she embraces her new blended family and processes her emotions, she finds it important to protect her parents from knowing that she is sad. Many children with two homes struggle with what Kim goes through - trying to enjoy her time with her dad while knowing she has to leave soon. One Heart, Two Homes is the first from the Heart-to-Heart Collective. It is dedicated to all the blended families that fight the good fight of breaking hearts wide open so they can let love in again.
