This is Geist's 7th book of poetry and anecdotes since his biography published in December of 2018. As a former NYC teacher, students encouraged Geist to write a book since he share so many humorous stories with them. Poltergeist is a mischievous spirit; Heiligegeist is the Holy Spirit, and Zeitgeist means "spirit of the times."This book includes poetry and stories about mammograms, castration, Facebook, dancing, clams, voodoo, Halloween and the time he met Muhammad Ali at his Deer Lake training camp in 1978. The book also includes Geist's junior Sasquatch Class B sighting to the Bigfoot Field Research Organization. Geist also shares new evidence pointing to the explosion of the TWA Flight 800 coming from an outside source (missile) opposed to the FBI saying it was caused by an internal centerfuge explosion. This book is not suitable for students from age 13 and under. It does include 2-3 stories that are "adult material."
