The purpose of this book is to show you the hopeless condition of natural man who has not become a new creation. Natural man is without God, without hope, spiritually dead, a child of Satan, and by nature a child of wrath. No wonder God said, "Without holiness, no man shall see God." (Read Hebrews 12:14). We must be holy because this is the only sound evidence that we possess a saving faith in our Lord Jesus Christ. We must be holy because this is the only proof that we love the Lord Jesus Christ and are sincere. We must be holy because this is the only sound evidence that we are true children of God. When we accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and become a new creation, we receive the nature and life of God the Father. We are born into the family of God and become sons or daughters of Almighty God. There are many other things that take place at that time and in this book, we will look into the Christians road to holiness.
