Author Deborah Krueger shares how she was able to deal with depression, move through her own Sticky Issues, and rediscover her vitality using the power of gratitude. "The more grateful I was, the more I gave, and the more I gave, the more I received," writes Deborah. "I felt that I was moving in concert with a responding power of love and generosity.
