Healing Yuliya Shkvarko

I hope this book helps you find the peace and solace. I hope it gives you the sense of being understood, that you are not alone and that you can also come out of the darkness and find the Light. I wrote these poems within the age of 20 and 23, my transformational years from being a lost little girl to a mature young woman, who found herself. This is my journey to Light, the journey that was extremely challenging at times, but at the same time truly fascinating, for which I am deeply grateful. This is the journey of looking for a true meaning of life, which for me, as I discover within those three years, was and will always be - Love. At 20 I was so deeply hurt that I did not want to believe in this feeling anymore, but as Rumi said: "If you desire healing, let yourself fall ill" and when I have allowed my illness to bloom... I got cured. I hope these poems help you heal too.
