The line between doing things right and compromising standards for easy access is so thin that only discerning minds can identify it. It took Esau, the son of Jacob just responding to the demand of hunger to sell off what was dear to him. His birthright was reduced to the value of a plate of food. The world would have been spared the troubles of the Islamic extremists today if father Abraham had exercised self-restraint, by not responding to the demand of Sarah his wife to get quick solution which resulted in the birth of Ishmael. Nobody is immune to compromise except those who are constantly watching out against it. Compromise may be a nice game in the political world but not so in the kingdom of God. You are not called to be such a people or person, therefore, run away from the dangers involved in the games of compromise.
