It's time for us to band together-women and men-to put an end to the toxic patriarchy we're living in. Let's be clear, patriarchy is NOT men. It's a system in which men hold all the power and women are largely excluded. That's the world we're still inexplicably living in.

It's time to build a truly equitable democracy that we can be proud to pass on to future generations. A future in which all our sons will grow up to be responsible and respectful, without a hint of entitlement. A future in which all our daughters will not have a plethora of #MeToo stories, where sexual harassment or assault will be the rare exception, not the rule.
