"This mental ailment most certainly has physical manifestations." When a piece of glacier breaks off, an iceberg is formed. Only ten percent of this iceberg is seen above sea level while the rest hides beneath the surface of the water. But it came from somewhere. It has a history. The glacier it fell from never meant for only ten percent to actually be seen. Ten percent isn't enough. In an effort to show the other ninety percent, Hannah Holmgren writes about her history of Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Depression through poetry told in her signature stream of consciousness style. Mental illness isn't pretty but similar to the glaciers we break away from, we are formidable and unstoppable.
