Addressed to the Inhabitants of America Despair, despair - politically the country is being run by a gang of incompetent, irresponsible, morons. Our government isn't working. Last year my Dream was a new constitutional convention - a multi-party parliamentary government like the rest of the civilized world. I was so much younger then, I'm older than that now. I've designed a new constitution - more conservative, in some ways, but more responsible. And no, it can't/won't happen, but heck it's my dream - if you don't like it make your own dream - or enjoy/despair with the status quo!
