Paying it Forward A simple act of kindness can restore your faith in humanity. Someone held the door for you? The world is beautiful. A compliment from a friend just because? Your heart fills with you. This kindness journal is designed to bring a little of that joy-on both sides of the good deed-to you and the 11 other people who receive it. How does it work? 1. Pick a recipient for your act of good-friend, co-worker, total stranger-then do it! Could be an activity, could be a gift, could be as simple as a compliment. 2. When you perform the act give them this journal along with a note explaining that they are to complete the first two pages and choose another person to do a kind act for. On the last page of the journal include your name and address and note for the holder to return it to you. 3. Once the last person has completed their entry, they send the book back to you.
