The purpose of My Alphabet Friends book is to introduce the sounds and letters of the ordered alphabets to first grade children and students. The alphabet friends book will provide opportunities for: building vocabulary, developing conversations, proficiency in oral language, increase phonemic awareness, and sequencing. This book is designed for first grade children and students. It presents letters of the alphabet with corresponding words, images, upper case letters and lower case letters.
