This self-help book describes the vivid and debilitating mental condition of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Throughout this reading, I address the failed efforts the military has made in approaching the psychological impacts of battle on affected soldiers and veterans who have no plausible means of healing. Writing this book, the How of Now, rose to prominence after the questions of many who wanted to know how I managed to regain my sanity and self-respect and move into a life of civility and calm. No doubt that took some time after suffering so much pain and struggle to stay afloat emotionally. Through it all, I did manage to reestablish myself within society and live a life I knew that I deserved in order to escape this horrible state of being that subscribes itself to mental anguish of the worse kind, and I can tell you it wasn't easy. In this book of my post-war life methodology, I share my thinking methods of discovery that brought me success and void of a mental breakdown or worse. I share these discoveries, learning tips, and practiced strategies that I now utilize in my professional practice to help encourage others, I say, "pay closer attention to your life.
