This first-grade addition facts book will allow your children to engage in a fun way with out drilling flash cards. This book will allow the first-grade children to build blocks of arithmetic. Learning the addition facts will prepare them for regrouping and carrying the one, when children start adding large. For example, when children begin to add 6+5, they will discover that they have one group of ten, with one left over. This is the same principle of thinking that they will need to do when they start adding two-digit numbers vertically. If you want your first grader to master the addition facts up to 20 just allow them to recite, practice and become familiar with addition facts by practicing at least a page a day out of this book.
