Forget the bomb, the Russian's are aiming zombies at us. The Soviet Union breeds a plague of radioactive zombies and unleashes them on the NORAD bunker, jeopardizing the United States' ability to protect the free world. Hydra, the secret protective force from Special Bureau One is infiltrated by KGB agents. As if this wasn't enough, Rye struggles to stay one step ahead of the radioactive cocaine the Russians are peddling. With President Reagan's blessing, he sets out to eradicate the cocaine-zombie infestation. But it's getting harder and harder for Rye to ignore the zombie call. Will he save mankind in time or, like everyone else, will he succumb to the zombie infection?
