The one you wronged will do that because they have already forgiven you and even though you were not willing to seek forgiveness, they will be set free. It is now upon you! You will act and make people accept you, but your conscience will prick you until you accept repentance and forgiveness. This is why you see the offenders have more problems than the offended. For example, those who shed innocent blood (like we are doing to Jesus daily by sinning - it is like bringing Jesus Christ back to Calvary to shed His innocent blood for us again), those who had others imprisoned out of malicious intentions, rapists, land grabbers, corrupt people and those who oppress others.... The Lord Forgive You! True repentance and seeking forgiveness is what you need to set you free. You must stop pretending that things are okay. Why are you restless and lacking sleep if everything is okay? Look for a way to access those you offended and ask for forgiveness if you really want healing and an easy, joyful and peaceful life.
