They ranged under their banners multitudes of opinions but united on the attainment of one great object: To protect the nation from disrespect or desecration. The demonstrators figured the emblem of the Cedar in danger and declared they wanted to save it. On a Razor Edge attempts to give an analysis of the diplomatic repercussions among the Powers and key players, in which their attitude toward Lebanon, and using her as 'free' arena of world-proxies, has ended in utter paralysis of the UN.
