Translation is one of the need of global society for communicating thought, ideas of one country with the other. Translation is the process of interpretation of text meaning and subsequent production of equivalent text also called as communicating the same meaning (message) in another language. A human translator is not easily available or very rare and inaccessible to common man. Machine translation is the domain of Natural language processing and the area of AI. AI is very useful in providing the people with a machine, which understand and divert the language from one language to another. English to Sanskrit machine translation is based on machine translation using NLP. Here bilingual translation is considered. Source language for translation is English and destination language is the Sanskrit language. Translation of languages required knowledge of the source and target language grammar, vocabulary and symbols.
