This book contains 50 illustrated love statements, that I received as a mother of already 5 Kids, in a mermelade jar from my 11 year old daugther Maria. They were 50 small cut and rolled up papers in tiny red string. The jar remained sealed for two years, while I got through a deep depression and she was bullied at School. A year ago I found the jar and together, both in a healing process of our own, read the phrases and decided to publish a book with all that meaning illustrated. It is a call for those in need to ask for help, and also to value and express what we love from others, what we love from life, and what we love from ourselves. It has a DIY description of how to replicate this experience, and 4 blank sheets at the end where the owner can write down his/her own 50 phrases, and even share the book or give it to a loved one as a special gift.
