Earth's call is daring and asks for impossible acts. Probably the most beautiful example of such gravity is to see the courtship of the male humming bird in a death-defying dive that ends with a dramatic swoop and a chirping song made by the rush of air through its tail feathers. It is the air through its feathers that speaks. True narration cannot be heard unless it is overheard between the lines, where the air finds its porosity.
