He Was not accused of any physically forceful sex. He was accused of using his position of power to approach women verbally for possible sex and in some cases unwanted touching. He was married a long time and after that he had a 25-year girlfriend, so he didn't have many sexual affairs, but he did like to think about it and talk about it. And make forward gestures which he considered harmless and enjoyable fun. But to the younger generation of women, it was offensive. He just didn't know that.
