The Love and Loss Poetry Book is the first compilation of works written over time about the spectrum of emotions in the human experience. It goes over the feelings associated with becoming an adult orphan, failed relationships, and the regret and grief about close friends and family that are no longer in the physical world. The hope is that someone in any part of these situations in their life can find solace and some feeling of peace in knowing that they are not alone in what they are experiencing, talking to someone about it is more helpful than you know, and there are brighter days ahead, even in the gloomiest settings.
