When we see RED, we know something is wrong. In healthcare, when arrows point up, most time something is elevated and outside of the norm. More specifically as a Nurse with a background in insurance, this red arrow on data that was collected meant we spent more than allocated and data trending up. In short, not a good sign as things were about to get expensive. This workshop, "When the red arrow points up" (new release Sept. 2019) Nurse Michelle explains how this is symbolic of things that are out of range in our wellness and in turn our lives. We will look at the costs of mental, physical, intellectual and spiritual wellness and learn what can be implemented both at work and at home to bring balance into our lives. The goal is "green" and the costs are not just monetary.
