Finding monologues for auditions or multi-character scenes for scene study can be a daunting task. Entries are categorized by gender (including any gender), by length, and by numbers and genders of characters for scene study. In addition, monologues and scenes from some of Shakepeare's contemporaries are also included. Notes include cuts to combine multiple speeches into monologues or removing bit characters from a scene.
