This workbook explores the concepts of consent and setting boundaries for middle school age students. Consent Education is sexual assault prevention. Reducing assault attempts by educating students on what qualifies as assault while also preparing students to react in dangerous situations. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 10.4% of high school age children experienced sexual dating violence in 2013. Educating children before high school is vital in order to protect them and to educate potential perpetratiors of these crimes.
