Explore how so many of us find ourselves in vastly different places than where we have worked and hoped to be. Explain as to why our prayers go unanswered from a Creator, whom many of us are taught to believe can and will do anything for us if only we believe...if only we play by the rules. Through this author's life experiences, a journey is followed that began in frustration and overwhelming anger toward God and then became a quest to understand why faith fails us and how dangerous that faith can be when we fail to question it. But more importantly, it delves into the impact our blind faith has in our lives and the lives of others. This is not a religious work but human work. It matters not what faith one practices, their race or social status. We all bleed and cry the same. This is about understanding why we suffer and how we became so lost from what should have been. When Job asked God why of his misery and suffering, God offered no direct of definitive answer. When the author of this book asked the same question, he too was not given a definitive answer. But he was told that the answers he sought were inside him. This work is what he found inside. Simply stated, that journey from there to here, through the words on those pages and through meanings old and new, a new belief system was born and a broken one was replaced with a new understanding in hope.pentopublish2019
