DO NOT BE FOOLED! The Church, the body of Christ, has stood both spiritually and biblically through a long history of effective ministry. Empowered and gifted by the Holy Spirit and the Word of God the local church is still standing! We find the church challenged today by a radically changing time; the Greek "anion" refers to "a period of time." The Apostle Paul warned of the "Perilous times" to come in the last days: the great rejection of God and the sacrificial offering [blood] that God requires - for a [bloodless] substitute, that humanity is willing to give. (see Genesis 4:3-7; Hebrews 11:4)
