President Lincoln attempted to rid America of all people of color by signing an agreement with Bernard Kock (a shipping company owner), to export people of color out of America. President Abraham Lincoln was upset with the white and black races interbreeding. He believed the only way to stop this was to separate the races by exporting people of color out of America.
