Gang violence escalates while the sniper extracts his revenge, eliminating the elite one shot at a time. Stone turns to a new detective on the force, Brian Kilbraide, who had served as a sniper with the Army Rangers. Stone and his team must race to stop the bloodshed and bring DeVito to justice before the sniper's powerful bullet cuts him dead.
