I believe that self-reflection, while eliminating the 'noise' of potential distractions, brings better clarity to finding your inner calm. Within this belief is a clear understanding that we are all working toward the same goals in life, to be happy, to feel needed, and to have a purpose. I am very passionate about my story, and I am always willing to share my experiences on spiritual growth and life lessons from my days in Sudan living under religious oppression, to my journey to a new world and culture at the age of fifteen.
