Marion McCoy Foster, MSW, LSW, is a native of Gary, Indiana where she spent most of herchildhood before relocating to Ohio. She has been a social worker for almost seventeen years in asocial service agency. Despite the many challenges Marion has faced throughout her life, she wasable to penetrate through the foster care system and eventually focus on what she felt she wasdestined to become, a social worker. Marion has dedicated her life to helping and serving families. With the re-release of her new book, Who Am I & Why Do I Exist, she hopes to encourage childrenand families across the world to break through barriers and be the best that they can be. Marionstrongly believes that everything happens for a reason and that everyone was born with a purpose. Marion now knows that after all the things she endured throughout her childhood, part of herpurpose in life was to write this book.
