"The Me That I am and The Me the Me I Long to Be" is my story about my personal battle with being stuck between brokenness and the woman I long to be. Most of us do not like the word "broken" because it denotes "unusable" or "not fixable." There is a stigma in the church about brokenness. We often detach ourselves from our own brokenness and yet somehow do not shy away from it when we recognize it in others. We should not view brokenness as a place of defeat but rather as a place of wholeness.
