D-ROM (David Remilekun Olamide Martins) was born by unmarried parents in 1962; a wealthy father that ran away prior to his birth and mother that died at his birth. Hence, he was raised by his maternal grandparents, unconscious to him like they were his biological parents. He got to know of the secret in 1985, but set up to meet his dad regardless. By 1999 he was already a construction tycoon and was forced to participate in the new junta of General Mathias A. Muhammed. He implored to be enlisted in the military, serving just five years before he was surprisingly retired. But instead made minister of two portfolios; Defence and Internal Affairs. Where he was able to win the hearts of the Nigerian masses and eschew their pressures on democracy by implementing WAI (War Against Indiscipline) and also WAO (War Against Oppression) policies and later advised the General to grant "Partial Democracy" (senatorial and gubernatorial level) and dissolve the republic before the time to transit power to a civilian president. He however, predicted failures of the civilian politicians citing selfishness and corruption to usher in their ill performances. But his calculations were worn off by the most sensitive and most outstanding civilian politician, Alh Maikudi. As his extrapolations failed and the secret plots was leaked to some raging officers from the side-lines, followed by bloody coup, he was instrumental in fighting the mutineers and also stabilizing the government. Mathias had no alternative but to transit powers to the civilians as promised and so he instructed him to retire from the ministerial posts in the junta, feign resentment within them and participate in the forthcoming civilian regime, hoping that his venerability could make headway. Almost serving to him as his emancipation from his domination. His intrigues worked again and was made the vice-president for two terms. He mainly avoided the General to maintain the illusion. But met with him when his office was almost over. He thence persuaded him to stage a coup and restore him as president. Of course, he refused and that established feud between them. While being careful of his anticipated menace, he alternatively assassinated him to maintain his dignity.
