The sad truth is that youth anxiety, stress, burnout, comparison, injuries, perfectionism, and identity disturbance are at all-time highs. Our shortsightedness as leaders is killing the confidence and long-term success of our youth. In the book, The Youth Truth, Andrew starts by sharing the shocking and scary realities facing our student-athletes today.
