For Sam, the neighborhood is where she ended up as a fugitive who narrowly escaped capture by the White Truck people. For Alex, the neighborhood is the only home she's ever known. The Little Woods is Sam's paradise where a little cat can explore, nap, and dream about finding a home and a family. Alex's Little Woods is where she escapes from her nightmares, problems and fears. Sam wishes she could once again see the family she had before becoming a stray. Alex wishes her family life could return to how it was last year. They both need help. They both need a change. They are both about to find a miracle.
