So when we are faced with a lot we can get overwhelmed and for some of us that can lead to depression. This book is a journey of all the insecurities I placed within my self for years and all the troubles that hit me and lead me to depression. It shows how I lived with it, how I felt in the moment and how I overcome came and took the power of out of depression in my hands.
