Larissa Clark's journey as an advocate for sexual, physical, and verbal abuse awareness started in 2012. Throughout her traumatic life experiences, she was led to learn self-awareness, self-worth, and self-love. Because of her strength and courage, Larissa has won multiple awards and has been given opportunities to tell her story nationwide. She is determined to help others who are faced with similar challenges and situations. This is an outreach story towards survivors who are struggling with trauma and in hopes they will learn that YOU ARE NOT ALONE. Larissa invites you to get a first hand look through her eyes and experience: How she gained self-awareness and growth through many of her life challenges including sexual abuse, PTSD, domestic violence, and broken faith. How she learned humility, which led her to ask for help on those days she felt like couldn't push through life anymore. What approach she felt was necessary to take in order to make her feel safe and in control. How she learned to forgive and maintain a selfless, loving spirit and in result grow from every triumph she was faced with rather than give up and take her own life.
