However, his peaceful life rapidly goes downhill as one unfortunate event happens after the other. Suffering through grief and pain, Birch tries to continue forward with a smile, determined to maintain his image, as many admire him and look up to him as their role model. Still smiling, Birch ends up meeting Dr. Kronos Nephus, but he struggles to stay positive as he and the seemingly villainous man clash morally.
