Grandma Hazel shares her yogic wisdom with her two adventurous grandchildren, Jeannie Rose and Jake. As the family, along with their two canine companions, travel by Moon Ship, they realize that it's not necessary to journey to neighboring planets to have a one-of-a-kind meditation exploration. One of the biggest lessons they bring home is the importance of practicing one of the eight limbs each day in order to celebrate a balanced life.
