Based on these insights and his fascination with political policy Bob Jack's book assesses the policies in the era of Barack Obama's administration.

Author Bob Jack has nearly Forty years of experience in the aerospace, petroleum, nuclear energy, environmental sciences, geological sciences and global engineering and construction management fields where he has served in executive positions in both the industrial and academic communities.

Bob Jack possesses a BA degree with high honors in Economics from California State University at Los Angeles, an MBA degree (Strategic Management) from Azusa Pacific University and a Master of Science degree in advanced management from Claremont Graduate University's Drucker School.
