He was taken emergently to the very emergency room he worked in for treatment. He suffered a lethal arrhythmia, and his heart stopped. The emergency room staff, his coworkers, worked feverishly to save his life.

Restored documents the true-life events of this near fatal medical event and the subsequent development of delirium due to the hospitalization in the ICU and the rehabilitation required to fully recover from such an acute and devastating illness.
