Frush's Journals of Faith
Jenkins Peggy L. Jenkins
This faith-based biography of early twentieth century Pastor James A. Frush is unique in that it follows his ministry through three of his personal journals. It details the birth of pentecost at the "Campaign" in Indianapolis in 1915, divulging facts few other sources provide. And it includes historical details of his relationships with the people under his pastoral influence in 1920 and 1929.
"New folks are arriving nearly every day, and our family is getting to be quite a large one." James Frush recorded in March, 1915. When he penned that prophecy, he could not see future generations yet to be numbered but somehow he found the faith to trust the truth himself. Now we are challenged to do the same: FIND THE FAITH TO TRUST THE TRUTH.
