He has personally taught this training to more than 6,800 church leaders in over 45 nations, and established a global trainer network of over 70 foreign trainers who have taught this training to an additional 42,000 church leaders. He is a member of Christ the Shepherd Lutheran Church in Alpharetta, GA, and serves as an elder, a worship team guitarist, and an adult ministry teacher.
