Enough! is about schools, education, and life. We are in an age of massive stimulation, more, more, more, higher, higher, and higher which translates into our obsession for living futuristically, collecting mounds of numerical data, and relegating qualities of humanity as less important. This focus on data creates walls that impede relationships, causes anxiety among educators and learners, and fosters a reductionistic learning environment = poverty of learning. Enough! is written from the heart and experiences of an observant and seasoned educator. It includes beliefs, ideas, real stories and passion about authentic learning. Although you may not agree with all that is here, it is hoped you think and feel while reading, reflecting on your own experiences and of those learners you know. Enough! provides hope, possibility, and prosperity of learning.
